Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to teach adults and children, helping them advance their swimming skills while guiding life skills and evaluating swim levels. You will maintain a safe, clean pool area and support the Aquatics team.

This hourly role starts at $14.25 and can rise to $17.00 based on experience. Life Time offers comprehensive benefits including a subsidized membership, health coverage options, retirement plans, training, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Pass Life Time courses upon hire.
• Ability to move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Respond to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provide a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promote and sell all Aquatics programs and services.
