Are you passionate about swimming and eager to make a positive impact in a community-focused environment? As a Swim Lesson Instructor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of swim lessons, all while delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming atmosphere.

Normal Shift: Varies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in a variety of swim lessons, ensuring each session is engaging and educational.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of swim lesson programs, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the experience for participants.
  • Provide support to staff, handling challenging situations with sound judgment to ensure positive outcomes for all.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing general janitorial duties and caring for equipment and facilities.

Qualifications or desired qualifications

  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Experience in teaching swim lessons (desired qualification)
  • First Aid and CPR/AED Certification (desired qualification)
