Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and participate in various swim lessons, ensuring each session is engaging and educational.
2. Contribute to the development and refinement of swim lesson programs, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the experience for participants.
3. Provide support to staff, handling challenging situations with sound judgment to ensure positive outcomes for all.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing general janitorial duties and caring for equipment and facilities.

Qualifications or Desired Qualifications

1. Must be 16 years or older.
2. Experience in teaching swim lessons (desired qualification).
3. First Aid and CPR/AED Certification (desired qualification).
