Qualifications

• Prior experience as a lifeguard or in sports coaching, teaching, or martial arts is highly desirable.
• Strong background in swimming instruction or physical education teaching.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and safe swimming lessons for children, teens, and adults.
• Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety skills.
• Conduct assessments of students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
