Job summary

Healthtrax Swim Academy in Moorestown, NJ seeks enthusiastic Swim Instructors to teach lessons for all ages, from infants to adults. You will build confidence, teach water safety, and create a positive, energetic learning environment, adapting methods to each swimmer and communicating progress to families.

Ideal candidates bring passion for helping others learn, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching swim lessons to children and adults.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain.
• Lifeguard certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in water for extended periods and demonstrate swimming skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging swim lessons for all ages and skill levels.
• Build participant confidence and water safety skills.
• Create a positive, supportive, and energetic lesson atmosphere.
• Adapt teaching methods to individual needs and learning styles.
• Provide constructive feedback to parents and swimmers.
