Job summary

Villa Sport is seeking an enthusiastic swim instructor to lead group and private lessons in a safe, supportive environment. You will motivate members to improve technique and confidence in the water while maintaining high safety standards.

The role offers hourly pay based on experience, plus a $5 bonus per lesson serviced, with a 401(k) plan and complimentary club membership. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with aquatics industry.
• Minimum 1 year instructing swim lessons preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 16 years of age and American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (includes CPR/First Aid/AED for the Professional Rescuer); or
• Minimum 18 years of age and American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group swim lessons and individual swim lessons safely and responsibly.
• Motivate members and guests to improve swim technique and water confidence.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
