As a FOSS Swim Instructor, you will share your love of swimming, teach the FOSS Swim Path curriculum, and help develop students' confidence and safety around water. This role involves instructing a variety of ages and skill levels, emphasizing fun, improvisation, and connection.

Job Details

Type: Part-time (minimum 12 hours/week)

Shifts: 3-5 hours, evenings, weekends, with additional pay for certain shifts

Main Responsibilities

• Manage classes of 1-4 students, teach swim skills, promote safety.
• Provide a safe, engaging, and educational experience.
• Interact with parents/guardians about progress.

• Bring laughter and fun!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable in a pool environment.
• Work at least 12 hours/week.
