We offer part-time hours, a set weekly schedule, and a growth track to build your skills. No prior teaching or lifeguard experience required—just a passion for helping others and knowing how to swim.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare class materials and review lesson themes to ensure success.
• Teach 4 swimmers per class using a proven curriculum, with classes lasting 30 minutes.
• Communicate progress and celebrate achievements with parents.
• Lifeguard and supervise lessons as needed.

Expectations:

• Availability for scheduled lessons: 4:00-8:00 PM on weekdays, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM on weekends.
• Arrive 15 minutes early for setup and meetings.
• Work the same scheduled days weekly.
• Be patient, genuine, and adaptable to each swimmer’s needs.
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and team members.
• Represent Goldfish’s mission with integrity and excellence.
