The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking enthusiastic Swim Instructors to provide high-quality swim lessons for all ages. Instructors will create a safe, engaging environment while promoting water safety and fostering a positive experience for participants and their families.
Key responsibilities include delivering swim instruction, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. Required qualifications include at least 16 years of age, certifications in Water Safety Instruction, CPR, and First Aid. The Jewish Community Center is seeking positive, energetic, and professional Swim Instructors to provide high-quality swim lessons to our members and the broader community. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, engaging, and educational environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Swim instructors are responsible for leading group, private, and semi-private lessons while promoting water safety and fostering a positive experience for participants and their families.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally. The work environment may be fast-paced and requires high energy and interaction with others. The aquatic environment can be loud and may involve prolonged exposure to water and humidity.
