To work as a student employee, you must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at UNM. Swim instructors must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle, breaststroke, and backstroke competently. The student will provide demonstrations of learning to swim skills as well as concise descriptions and constructive feedback to their students, in language appropriate for the age of the student. Instructors must prioritize the safety of their student(s) at all times
