About the Role:

Blast Off Bay in Goddard, KS is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team for our newly launching Tiny Fins Swim School. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach children and adults how to swim in a fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Teach swimming lessons to individuals or small groups
2. Ensure the safety of all swimmers in the pool area
3. Evaluate swimmers' progress and provide feedback
4. Develop and implement lesson plans
5. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard
2. Current lifeguard certification
3. Strong swimming ability and knowledge of different strokes
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Patient and enthusiastic demeanor
