The Position:

As a swim instructor, you'll receive training to teach lessons to children and adults, starting from 3 months old, following our gentle, fun, and progressive aquatics program. You'll be assigned to a class schedule and interact with swimmers, parents, and guardians.

Your Typical Responsibilities:

• Availability on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays afternoons, and preferably Thursdays.
• Report to and support the Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner(s).
• Instruct swimming lessons according to British Swim School standards, maintaining certifications.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Work in a moderate to high noise environment and be in the water during shifts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or in progress.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable around water; strong swimming skills are a plus but can be developed.
• Maintain certifications throughout employment.
• Complete all required training and testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with children.
• 1-2 years of swimming experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Life-saving certifications preferred but can be obtained during training.
