An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to teach and inspire young swimmers. In this role, you will engage with students ranging from infants to teens, utilizing a structured training program while maintaining attendance records and communicating progress to parents. The position offers comprehensive training, including CPR and First Aid certification, ensuring you are well-prepared to make a positive impact. This position involves teaching Swim Lesson University training material, maintaining daily student attendance records, writing progress reports for each student, and distributing them to parents. You will be responsible for teaching lessons to 1-6 students of various ages, ranging from 6 months to 16 years old. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Previous experience is appreciated but not required, as extensive training will be provided. CPR/First Aid Certification will be provided. American Red Cross Lifeguard certification is preferred.
