The Swift Creek Family YMCA (Hampton Park) is seeking part-time swim instructors to lead swim lessons for program participants at our pool. We are looking for candidates with open availability. Starting at $14 per hour.

DUTIES for Swim Instructors

• Enthusiastic and energetic candidates with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts with different age groups.
• Use various tools and teaching techniques to instruct small groups in swimming skills, water safety, and YMCA core values.

QUALIFICATIONS for Swim Instructors

• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
• Preferred certifications include YMCA, American Red Cross Lifeguard, Ellis, YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor, or WSI, but not mandatory.
