If you have a passion for service and a dedication to continuous growth, we want you to be part of our team. **Job description:**The Private Lesson Coach will support the Aquatics Director at The St. James in the coaching of U18 and adult athletes. A hands-on approach is necessary to effectively manage the quality of experience of our participants and their safety. Applicants should be available on weekday mornings, afternoons and weekends. The Coach will have a minimum of 12 coaching hours available each week for athletes to book. The Coach will be helping individual athletes develop their technique, endurance, and/or general water safety.
