Four Seasons Palm Beach is seeking a Swell Attendant to support daily boutique operations and deliver outstanding guest service. The role focuses on product knowledge, merchandising, and presentation within a luxury resort environment.

The position is part-time with mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help achieve sales goals while providing a seamless guest experience and upholding brand standards across all touchpoints.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate retail systems and point-of-sale equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to complete transactions accurately and efficiently.

About the role:

The Swell Attendant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the resort's retail boutique, delivering outstanding guest service while achieving sales goals. This role focuses on product knowledge, merchandising, and maintaining the overall presentation and organization of the retail space. This position is part of the Retail team, reporting to Retail Management.
