Qualifications

• Proven experience writing for social-first video content.
• Strong experience creating UGC scripts.
• Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels pacing, hooks and creator-led storytelling.
• Ability to write direct-response copy that feels native and authentic.
• Portfolio or examples of relevant UGC/organic social work.
• Paid social experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write high-performing UGC scripts for paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta and other short-form platforms.
• Develop social-first concepts, hooks, ad angles and video structures designed for conversion.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, creators and media buyers to improve ad performance.
• Adapt messaging quickly based on performance insights and testing results.
• Contribute to organic social content ideation where needed.
