Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and strong command of English; additional languages valued.
• Prior experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.
• Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a tremendous asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via chat, email, and phone.
• Effectively address and resolve customer queries.
• Offer guidance to customers about products and services.
• Work alongside team to maintain high service quality.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM system.
• Retrieve customer feedback to improve services.
• Engage in training programs to enhance product knowledge.
