Qualifications
- Fluent in a Nordic language and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist Nordic-speaking players via live chat, email, and phone.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding gaming accounts.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
