Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Microsoft customers from our Athens office. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and live chat, with comprehensive training provided and relocation assistance available.

Requirements include C1/C2 Swedish proficiency and strong English skills, plus eligibility to relocate to Greece. A relocation package, private health insurance, and additional salary perks are included.

Qualifications

• Swedish language at C1/C2 level, both written and spoken.
• High level English.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email and online chat on behalf of Microsoft.
• Provide support to Microsoft customers from an Athens-based office.
