Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Mercedes customers from Greece. You’ll handle inquiries remotely by phone, email, and chat, with full training provided and a relocation package available.

You must have C1/C2 Swedish, strong English, and an EU passport. You can live in Greece or relocate there; the position offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and a competitive monthly salary with a bonus and health coverage.
