Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent to support JT's customers. The role is based remotely in Greece with relocation assistance and a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and live chat, delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service from Greece or while relocating there. Relocation benefits are included for successful candidates.

Qualificações

• C1/C2 level of Swedish, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV and/or Cover Letter.
• EU passport is required.
• Resident of Greece or willing to relocate with relocation package offered.
