This remote, part-time hourly role is Sweden-only and requires living in a country where the language is spoken. You will run onboarding and calibration calls for trainers and reviewers, and track recurring issues to improve guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level Swedish
• Strong written English
• Prior QA/editing/localization or team-lead experience
• Live in a country where the language is spoken

Responsibilities

• Spot-check Swedish AI outputs and reviewer work for grammar, tone, meaning and cultural fit
• Track recurring issues and escalate critical ones
• Maintain style guides, FAQs, examples and calibration sets
• Run onboarding and calibration calls for trainers and reviewers
