Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks a Software Engineer Level 2 (SWE2) to support the QUICKTRAIN TTO, focusing on UI/UX and backend Java/Spring Boot development for a cloud-enabled data transport service.

The role requires strong UI/UX design, RESTful APIs, Spring Framework, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js), with exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP and DevOps practices. Collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Fourteen years of SWE experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
• Four (4) years of additional Software Engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with Fullscope Polypolygraph).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise UI with React/Angular/Vue.js.
• Build backend APIs using Spring Boot and REST.
• Integrate frontend with backend services securely.
• Optimize for performance across client/server.
• Lead software development activities and code reviews.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
