Job summary

R360 Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable SWD Operator to join our Elm Grove, LA facility. You will operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment, offload produced water from transport trucks, and log readings and incidents accurately.

The position requires rotating 14/7 shifts (day and night), outdoor work in all weather, strong teamwork and safety practices. We offer $17-$20 per hour with overtime, limited housing options, boot allowance, safety bonuses, and a full benefits

Qualifications

• Willingness to work 14/7 rotating shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage.
• Mechanical aptitude or oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks).
• Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
• Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.
• Follow all environmental and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers.

Pay: $17-$20/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)

Schedule: 14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts
