People, Technology and Processes, LLC seeks an Advanced Special Reconnaissance Surface Maritime Instructor to deliver high-level SR instruction at JEB Little Creek/Ft. Story, VA.

The role supports curriculum development, scheduling, and logistics for the IDTC, with collaboration across NSW-related entities to integrate emerging technologies. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of SWCC experience, NS/N NSW instructor background, and familiarity with signature management NTTPs, SOPs,

Competenze

• 2 years’ experience in NSW Combatant craft signature management and Maritime Special Reconnaissance mission execution.
• Familiar with SIGNATURE MANAGEMENT NTTPs and Combatant Craft SOPs.
• Coordination with NSWG-4 N2/N32/N8 for integration, application, and oversight of capabilities; assist in curriculum and TTP development.
• Background in operation of RADAR, optics and intelligence capabilities.

Position Title: Advanced Special Reconnaissance Surface Maritime Instructor
Location: JEB Little Creek/Ft. Story, VA
Clearance Level: Secret

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced special reconnaissance instruction to SBTs related to current and emerging SR operations conducted within the Naval Special Warfare surface mobility community. Assist TRADET-4 with schedule development, curriculum management, and logistical planning throughout the IDTC.
• Assist with liaison support with NSWG4 N3 and N8, as well as other Special Operations entities to identify and integrate emerging technologies into the SBT IDTC.
• Must possess a minimum of five years’ experience within the last ten years as a Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC), with achievement of SWCC Senior qualification in accordance with COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOURINST 3120.3E. Applicant’s SWCC Senior qualification must not have been removed for administrative or disciplinary reasons.
• 5 years’ experience as NAVY/NSW Instructor.

Instructors will support or augment active-duty training cadre with subject matter expertise, echelon IV level combat systems integration efforts, scheduling/planning, classroom instruction, practical field training, final training exercises, troop movements, consumable supply management and performance as opposing forces (OP4), as necessary.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in NSW Combatant craft signature management and Maritime Special Reconnaissance mission execution.

Familiar with SIGNATURE MANAGEMENT NTTPs and Combatant Craft specific SOPs. Coordination with functional departments including NSWG-4 N2, N32, and N8 for integration, application, and oversight of current and emerging capabilities IOT assist in the development of new curriculum and TTPs. Must have background in operation of RADAR, optics and intelligence capabilities.
