Job summary

Intellias приглашает в команду специалистов по требованиям к встроенному ПО для автомобильной индустрии. Ваша роль включает создание и управление требованиями, обеспечение трассируемости и взаимодействие с заказчиком по всем вопросам требований.

Требуется опыт в SWE.1, Polarion и языке C для встроенных систем (Cortex-M предпочтительно). Плюсом являются знания ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434 и моделирование архитектуры. Мы предлагаем интересные задачи и развитие в быстрорастущем направлении.

Qualifications

• Высшее техническое образование в области информатики или эквивалентная квалификация.
• Несколько лет опыта разработки встроенного ПО или систем в автомобильной отрасли.
• Уверенное владение Polarion или аналогичным инструментом управления требованиями.
• Опыт практического применения Automotive SPICE SWE.1.
• Владение языком C для встроенных систем (Cortex-M предпочтительно).
• Плюсом: функциональная безопасность по ISO 26262, кибербезопасность по ISO/SAE 21434, инструменты разработки и моделирования (Gitea, Enterprise Architect, Tessy, Helix QAC), знание шин CAN/Ethernet; понимание AUTOSAR Classic.

Responsibilities

• Создание и управление требованиями к встроенному ПО в рамках SWE.1 Automotive SPICE.
• Контроль и руководство анализом требований; совместная работа над архитектурой и разделением ПО и оборудования.
• Обеспечение трассируемости требований (RTM) и сбор материалов по ASPICE SWE.1.
• Работа по обработке изменений — анализ влияния, базовые версии и согласование с заказчиком.
• Сотрудничество с инженерами по безопасности для классификации требований по ASIL.
• Выступать основным контактным лицом между заказчиком и командой разработки по всем вопросам требований.
• Проведение рабочих встреч по обзору требований и формальным инспекциям.
• Разработка и документация встроенных технических требований.

Задачи

• Creation and management of software requirements as part of embedded software development according to Automotive SPICE (SWE.1)
• Controlling and guiding role in requirements analysis; collaboration on architecture and partitioning of hardware and software in the product design process
• Establish and maintain bidirectional requirements traceability (Customer Req → SW Req → Architecture → Test Case) using Polarion
• Produce and own the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and ASPICE SWE.1 evidence packages
• Manage change requests — impact analysis, versioning, baseline management and customer alignment
• Collaborate with safety engineers to classify requirements with ASIL attributes and ensure safety work products meet ISO 26262 Part 6
• Act as the primary interface between the customer and the development team on all requirements topics
• Drive requirements review workshops and formal inspections with internal teams and customers
• Product-oriented development and documentation of embedded technical software requirements

Требования

• Technical computer science degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in software and/or system development for embedded systems in the automotive industry
• Proficiency with Polarion or a comparable requirements management tool
• Hands-on experience with Automotive SPICE methodology (SWE.1 process ownership)
• Embedded C (Cortex-M preferred)
• Будет плюсом: Functional safety according to ISO 26262 (ASIL classification, safety work products etc.); Cybersecurity according to ISO/SAE 21434; Experience with tools for development, issue tracking, collaboration and architecture modelling (e.g. Gitea, Enterprise Architect, Tessy, Helix QAC); Knowledge of automotive bus systems, with focus on Ethernet and CAN/CAN-FD; Familiarity with AUTOSAR Classic architecture concepts (SWC, port interfaces, BSW modules); Understanding of electronic circuits and hardware/software partitioning; Background in Ethernet MAC/PHY driver requirements for automotive-grade microcontrollers
