Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ лет опыта разработки под Android на Kotlin.
• Доказанные результаты создания крупных Android-приложений.
• Глубокие знания Android SDK, архитектурных компонентов и паттернов дизайна.
• Опыт архитектурных решений бизнес-критичных приложений.
• Умение руководить полным жизненным циклом мобильной разработки.
• Опыт работы в автомобилестроении/Embedded Automotive.
• Опыт с Map SDK и навигационными решениями.
• Опыт настройки CI/CD-пайплайнов (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Навыки Jira и Confluence.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки на английском (Upper-Intermediate и выше).
• Будет плюсом: опыт разработки Android для автомобильных Head Units; наставничество; знания Kotlin Coroutines/Flow.

Responsibilities

• Определять и вести архитектуру сложных Android-приложений на Kotlin.
• Проводить архитектурные обсуждения и код-ревью.
• Наставлять старших и средних инженеров по лучшим практикам и архитектурным принципам.
• Оптимизировать приложения по производительности, безопасности и масштабируемости.
• Участвовать в планировании, оценке и технической документации.

• Define and lead the architecture of complex Android applications using Kotlin Guide and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code Design business-critical features and integration components
• Lead architectural and design discussions across teams, including product, UX, and backend Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on best practices and architectural principles Conduct code and architecture reviews, ensuring adherence to design patterns and coding standards
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability Actively contribute to planning, estimations, and technical documentation Collaborate cross-functionally and with distributed teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment

Требования

• 7+ years of professional experience in Android development
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale Android applications in Kotlin
• Deep understanding of Android SDKs, architecture components, and mobile design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
• Experience architecting business-critical and integration-heavy applications
• Proficiency in guiding the full mobile development lifecycle
• Strong ability to articulate complex technical challenges and solutions
• Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of leading technical initiatives
• Experience with Embedded Automotive systems
• Hands-on experience working with Map SDKs and Navigation solutions
• Solid experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience in tools like Jira, Confluence
• Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
