Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices, on a Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet, is recruiting drivers for Southwest Regional Reefer runs that are 10-14 days out. Trainees are welcomed; must have CDL and TWIC, no tickets on MVR, and no serious violations.

Post-training options include pay progression and full benefits. Out 10-14 days with one day off for every six days; 2200-2400 miles weekly; starting pay 0.50 CPM, rising with experience to 0.59 CPM; paid per mile across all miles, with health insurance and 401k

Qualifications

• Must possess CDL and have completed at least 120 hours of training in the past 6 months.
• TWIC card required or carrier will help obtain one and cover costs.
• No tickets on MVR and no criminal history or major violations.
• 1 year OTR experience (53' tractor trailer) in last 3 years or 6 months + 120 hours from driving school, or trainees with no experience.

Responsibilities

• Drop & Hook, live load/unload, no touch freight.
• Out 10-14 days with 1 day off for every 6 days out (max 4 days).
• Paid on all miles; 2200-2400 miles per week.
• Starting pay $0.50 CPM, increasing to $0.51–$0.52 CPM after 6–12 months, and up to $0.59 CPM with more experience.
