RTX is seeking a hands-on technical lead to oversee radar software builds, integration, and testing. You will troubleshoot complex Linux issues, develop test plans and analysis scripts, and drive improvements in integration processes. You will mentor engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment.

The role requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with proficiency in C++, MATLAB, Python, or Java. U.S.
