Qualifications

• Partner with executives to align workforce plans with growth objectives.
• Establish governance, metrics, and routines to drive accountability.
• Evaluate digital channels and automation impact on demand.
• Prepare the organization for major events and seasonal fluctuations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of professionals.
• Advise executive leadership on workforce trends and risks.
