Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a transformational Senior Vice President, Americas Sales to drive ARR growth and lead a large enterprise sales organization across the Americas. The role partners with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Product, and alliances to maximize customer value amidst AI-driven, outcome-based buying dynamics.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales leadership, with a proven track record of growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales leadership experience within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
• Proven success leading large-scale revenue organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant growth across new business acquisition, expansion, and retention.
• Experience leading organizations through business transformation and/or acquisitions, adept at managing change.
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of Native AI principles and data driven outcomes and how they apply to workforce problems.
• Strong background selling enterprise applications and complex business solutions to executive buyers.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
• Experience partnering across Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and Product organizations as well as with ecosystem partners and alliances.
• HCM industry experience is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a transformational Senior Vice President, Americas Sales to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive accelerated ARR growth across the Americas. This executive will lead a large enterprise sales organization while partnering closely with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Product, partners and alliances as well as Enablement leaders to maximize customer value and business outcomes.

As the market evolves from traditional SaaS buying toward AI-driven, outcome-based decision making, this leader will help shape the future of our go-to-market approach. They will drive organizational excellence, modernize sales motions, and ensure teams are equipped to engage customers around business transformation, workforce innovation, and AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on leader who has successfully managed large-scale enterprise software businesses and has a track record of driving growth through periods of market and technology transformation.
