Recruit Secure is seeking an experienced Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management to oversee revenue cycle operations across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) in Toms River, NJ. This executive role will require leadership in driving collections performance, improving financial analytics, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in healthcare reimbursement practices including Medicare and Medicaid, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. This position focuses on optimizing reimbursement and enhancing financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of senior-level RCM leadership experience within Skilled Nursing Facilities (required).
• Strong knowledge of HMO, Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and private payer reimbursement.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-site business office teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for revenue cycle operations across multiple SNF locations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional business office leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and payer regulations.
• Support audits, financial reporting, and organizational financial initiatives.
