Navy Federal Credit Union seeks a Senior Vice President, Real Estate Servicing & Specialized Operations, to lead end-to-end mortgage and home equity servicing, risk and controls, and enterprise-wide transformation. You will shape strategy, oversee portfolios, and partner with Legal, Risk, and Technology to ensure compliant, member-focused service.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in mortgage servicing, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record of enterprise transformation.

Formación

• Fifteen or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in mortgage servicing and related operations.
• Deep end-to-end knowledge of mortgage and home equity servicing, including default management and loss mitigation.
• Expert knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and supervisory expectations in mortgage servicing.
• Advanced analytical, quantitative, reconciliation, and deductive-reasoning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set and execute short- and long-term strategy, operating model, policies, and performance expectations for REL Servicing & Specialized Operations.
• Advise senior executive leadership on real estate servicing strategy, portfolio performance, and regulatory developments.
• Oversee end-to-end mortgage and home equity servicing operations to ensure accurate, timely, compliant service.
• Lead enterprise-scale fraud prevention, QA, and issue-management programs with risk reduction.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, risk controls, and regulatory readiness.
• Develop and execute a multi-year digital servicing transformation roadmap with AI and analytics.
