Job summary

Multipli Credit Union in Jefferson City, Missouri, seeks an experienced Senior Vice President, Real Estate to lead its real estate lending strategy and servicing operations.

Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer, the SVP will manage mortgage production and servicing, including loan lifecycle administration, payment processing, escrow management, delinquency monitoring, and default-resolution activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum five years of senior leadership experience within the financial services industry.
• Strong mortgage lending, strategic planning, portfolio management, and secondary-market expertise are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the real estate lending strategy and align with corporate goals.
• Oversee day-to-day and strategic management of real estate servicing functions.
• Manage loan lifecycle administration, payment processing, and escrow account management.
• Monitor delinquency and lead default-resolution activities to protect portfolio performance.
• Ensure servicing operations are efficient, compliant, and member-focused.
