Job summary

Storm2 is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product to lead strategy and execution for a Payments-as-a-Service platform, reporting to the President. You will unite products, scale teams, and deliver innovative solutions across lending, e-commerce, and fintech domains.

You will shape the roadmap for ACH, RTP, debit and credit solutions, drive post-acquisition integration, and build a high-performing product organization through a period of growth and transformation, partnering with executives

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience with significant leadership at VP/SVP level in payments/fintech/financial services.
• Deep expertise across payments infrastructure including ACH, card payments, real-time payments, and regulatory considerations.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, loan servicing, repayment workflows, and collections.
• Proven track record leading large-scale platform initiatives, product transformations, or post-acquisition integrations.
• Experience scaling product teams in PE-backed, growth-stage, or highly complex environments.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate business objectives into clear product strategy and execution plans.
• Experience working with lending technology ecosystems, loan management systems, or payment solutions serving consumer finance organizations.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the product strategy across ACH, RTP, debit and credit card, and RCC payment solutions.
• Lead the integration and evolution of an expanded product portfolio following a strategic acquisition.
• Drive innovation across the lender payment lifecycle, including disbursements, repayment optimization, return reduction, and collections recovery.
• Partner with executive leadership, engineering, go-to-market teams, and clients to identify growth opportunities and define investment priorities.
• Establish a scalable product operating model, improving product discovery, roadmap planning, execution, and measurement.
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing product organization through a period of significant growth and transformation.
• Leverage customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to deliver products that drive revenue growth and client retention.
