Job description

We are looking for a visionary and strategic executive to lead global product marketing for a leading enterprise cybersecurity platform. In this high-impact leadership role, you will shape the organization's market positioning, strengthen its competitive advantage, and accelerate business growth across multiple cybersecurity categories. You will oversee a global team of more than 50 professionals spanning product marketing, technical marketing, and analyst relations. Working closely with executive leadership, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, you will translate complex technologies into compelling customer value propositions and differentiated market narratives. You will also drive global go-to-market strategies, influence product and platform direction, and lead the transformation of marketing operations through artificial intelligence. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape industry conversations, establish market leadership, and influence the future of AI-driven cybersecurity.

Accountabilities

Shape platform strategy and market positioning: Own the global positioning and messaging strategy for a comprehensive cybersecurity platform and its portfolio of products and services. Develop differentiated narratives that communicate the value of platform consolidation, AI-native security, and securing increasingly autonomous enterprise environments.

Influence corporate and product strategy: Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term platform direction, corporate messaging, investment priorities, and emerging market opportunities. Establish consistent strategic messaging across marketing, sales, investor communications, analyst relations, customer engagement, and industry events.

Lead global go-to-market execution: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that accelerate product adoption, customer acquisition, platform expansion, and revenue growth across international markets.

Drive cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to connect product innovation with commercial objectives, ensuring consistency across launches, campaigns, customer communications, and demand generation initiatives.

Oversee pricing and packaging: Lead pricing and packaging strategies in partnership with Product and Go-to-Market leadership to maximize customer value, simplify adoption, and strengthen competitive differentiation.

Lead AI-driven transformation: Position the organization as a market leader in AI-powered cybersecurity while transforming internal product marketing operations through AI adoption. Integrate AI into research, competitive intelligence, messaging development, content creation, enablement, and operational workflows to improve productivity and strategic decision-making.

Champion innovation and operational excellence: Promote experimentation, continuous learning, and AI-driven process improvements, enabling teams to work more efficiently while maintaining technical accuracy, quality, and credibility.

Strengthen industry influence and analyst relations: Lead global relationships with influential industry analyst organizations, including Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. Shape analyst engagement strategies, influence market perception, and reinforce leadership in key cybersecurity evaluations.

Develop thought leadership and market awareness: Oversee the creation of customer success stories, executive communications, technical content, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen market positioning and industry recognition.

Represent the organization externally: Build relationships with customers, partners, analysts, and industry stakeholders, representing the organization at major conferences, strategic events, and marketing initiatives.

Build and develop a world-class organization: Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of more than 50 product marketers, technical marketing professionals, and analyst relations experts. Develop strong leadership capabilities, establish scalable operating processes, and cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Serve as a strategic executive advisor: Advise senior leadership on customer needs, competitive dynamics, market trends, platform strategy, AI transformation, and growth opportunities. Participate in executive planning, quarterly business reviews, strategic acquisitions, and long-term transformation initiatives.

Requirements
  • Executive leadership experience: 15+ years of executive-level experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Go-to-Market leadership within enterprise cybersecurity or AI security software organizations.
  • Deep cybersecurity expertise: Strong knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity markets and technologies, including endpoint security, cloud security, identity protection, SIEM, exposure management, data protection, SaaS security, and AI security. Recent leadership experience within an AI security organization is particularly desirable.
  • Platform marketing experience: Demonstrated success leading product marketing for complex enterprise platforms serving multiple markets, buyer personas, industries, and geographical regions.
  • Strategic positioning and market leadership: Proven ability to define and influence market categories, shape industry perception, develop differentiated platform narratives, and translate positioning strategies into measurable business growth.
  • AI transformation expertise: Strong intellectual curiosity and demonstrated leadership in driving AI adoption, integrating AI-powered workflows, and reimagining how product marketing and broader marketing organizations operate.
  • Executive collaboration: Experience partnering with senior executives to influence product strategy, corporate messaging, commercial priorities, organizational direction, and long-term business planning.
  • Strong executive presence: Exceptional ability to influence and communicate with boards, investors, analysts, customers, partners, media representatives, and internal leadership teams.
  • Commercial and operational expertise: Strong understanding of pricing and packaging, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, product launches, global go-to-market strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Technical communication and storytelling: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical innovations into compelling business value for both executive and technical audiences.
  • Organizational leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high‑performing global teams. A leadership approach that balances high standards and accountability with empowerment, collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking: Ability to identify emerging industry trends, anticipate competitive disruption, understand evolving customer requirements, and translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
