Job summary

FanDuel is seeking an SVP of Product to lead centralized customer journeys across our portfolio, including account management, wallet, ledger, loyalty, and martech. The role drives safety, trust, and a seamless experience across major gaming verticals in a highly regulated market.

This senior leader will build and scale a multi-disciplinary team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, compliance, and legal to deliver scalable, compliant experiences.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management with 5+ years in senior leadership (VP/SVP).
• Experience owning platform or shared-services product areas (accounts, identity, payments/ledger, loyalty, CRM).
• Experience in online gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or other regulated consumer markets.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and roadmap for core customer journeys (Account, Wallet, Ledger, Loyalty).
• Lead centralized consumer infrastructure across multiple product lines and geographies.
• Scale payments, wallet, and ledger systems with high security and regulatory compliance.
• Champion Responsible Gaming and embed safeguards within core flows.
• Partner with marketing and data teams on martech and lifecycle marketing.
