Job summary

Submer is seeking a Senior Vice President of Platform Delivery to guide strategy, execution, and operational excellence across technology platforms and delivery functions. You will oversee platform engineering, software delivery, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, release management, and technical operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
15+ years progressively responsible technology delivery leadership.
8+ years in senior executive leadership roles managing large global teams.
Proven track record delivering enterprise platforms and digital transformation.
Deep expertise in cloud, platform engineering, DevOps, Agile, and software delivery.
Experience managing complex technology portfolios and enterprise-scale programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise platform delivery strategy aligned with business goals.
Establish and drive technology roadmaps that support scalability, reliability, and innovation.
Partner with executive leadership to prioritize investments and technology initiatives.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of platforms, apps, and infrastructure services.
Lead large-scale platform transformation, modernization, and cloud migration initiatives.
Ensure delivery quality, performance, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Implement best practices for Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering.
Build high-performing teams and establish accountability frameworks.
Collaborate with Product Management to align platform capabilities with business needs.
Establish governance and risk management frameworks; oversee disaster recovery and business continuity.
