Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Senior Vice President, Platform to lead the technical vision, architecture, and evolution of Judi, our enterprise platform. You will report to the Chief Technology and AI Officer and oversee the core platform teams to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance across pharmacy, medical, dental, and vision domains.

You'll drive AI-enabled engineering, partner with Product leadership on roadmaps, and establish modern standards, ensuring delivery at scale in

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering and leadership for enterprise platforms.
• Deep experience with modern architectures, cloud platforms, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, secure, high-quality platforms.
• Experience leading large engineering teams and driving AI-enabled software developments.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture, and engineering roadmap for the Judi platform.
• Lead core platform teams and ensure reliability, performance, and security across domains.
• Set engineering standards and modernize architecture, CI/CD, observability, and documentation.
• Translate product priorities into technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Drive AI capabilities and integration patterns within the Judi platform.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to align platform investments with business strategy.
• Oversee governance, security, and regulatory compliance for platform initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing platform technology organization.
