Judi Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Vice President, Platform to lead the technical vision, architecture, and evolution of Judi®. You will drive AI-enabled capabilities, scale across healthcare domains, and partner with Product to align roadmaps with business priorities.

The role requires deep platform engineering expertise, architectural judgment, and strong leadership to build a high-performing technology organization capable of supporting Judi's growth and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering and technology leadership.
• Experience owning mission-critical platforms with scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
• Proven experience applying AI to software products and engineering workflows.

Aufgaben

• Define technical vision, architecture, engineering roadmap, and long-term evolution of Judi platform.
• Lead the core platform teams ensuring architecture, development, quality, reliability, and operational health.
• Drive AI integration and AI-enabled capabilities across the Technology organization.
• Partner with Product to translate product strategy into technical roadmaps and investments.
• Establish modern engineering standards including API design, cloud architecture, CI/CD, observability, and documentation.
