Job summary

Phoenix Staff is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead day-to-day manufacturing and drive scalable growth. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on improving throughput, delivery, and accountability on the production floor, while partnering on expansion of capacity and a new facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading batch manufacturing within regulated or scalable environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and establish systems, accountability, and discipline.
• Improve product flow, throughput, schedule attainment, and on-time delivery with dashboards.
• Develop practical operating dashboards and daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews.
• Own operational issue ownership and ensure corrective actions are tracked to resolution.
• Plan production with demand, materials, labor, and capacity to improve delivery.
• Collaborate with Quality, Sales, and Finance on customer, regulatory, and margin priorities.
• Support expansion of capacity and new facilities with scalable operating models.
• Develop capacity strategies and investment recommendations for equipment and staffing.
