Fannie Mae is seeking a Senior Leadership role to drive transformation across the Multifamily business, overseeing strategy, operations, and product initiatives. This executive position focuses on cross-functional collaboration, enabling data-driven decisions and compliant, scalable processes.

The incumbent will coordinate with division leaders, manage budget and reporting, and partner with finance to set and monitor targets, ensuring ROI and business value across the Multifamily portfolio.
