Base pay range

SVP CRE/Multifamily Asset Management, South Florida (Remote)

National real estate investment firm (multifamily focused) is looking to add an SVP CRE Asset Management Officer to their team in South Florida.

This role can sit remotely in FL, but the hire must live in the South Florida region (in order to remain in close proximity to the majority of the assets).

Qualifications:

• Ideally seeking 10+ years of experience within multifamily CRE asset management
• Blended portfolio-level & property-level asset management experience will be great for this; someone who has the chops to handle portfolio level financial analysis/surveillance but can also tap into prior property management/ground level skillset
• 4+ years of prior property management experience combined with at least 6+ years of portfolio level asset management experience will be the key balanced background
• Bachelors required, Masters/advanced degree is a plus
• Prior Yardi exposure is a highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio oversight, capital budgets, overseeing lease up, annual financials, overseeing 3rd party property management companies, strategic business/property operations (efficiencies/optimization)
• Provide strong communication, clear direction of objectives/initiatives, timely and comprehensive reporting, and effective resolutions.
• Develop annual financial and capital budgets in collaboration with 3rd party property management companies
• Assist with underwriting and conducting due diligence on new acquisitions and assist with dispositions as needed.
• Will oversee 20+ properties throughout Southeast US (and a few in TX)
• This hire will actively travel (3-4 times per month) to the multifamily portfolio properties
