Job summary

Metric Geo in Seattle seeks a senior development leader to steer a large affordable housing development pipeline from feasibility through completion, coordinating multifamily projects and building scalable processes.

You will partner with senior leadership on capital strategy, oversee development staff, and collaborate with public agencies, lenders, and community partners to advance mission-driven housing initiatives.

Qualifications

• ~10+ years in real estate development with strong multifamily and affordable housing experience.
• Proven financial modeling, capital stack structuring, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large affordable housing development pipeline from feasibility to completion.
• Oversee full-cycle development including financing, design, approvals, and construction.
