The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Senior Vice President, Head of Communications to steward enterprise narrative, reputation, and employee voice across a growing healthcare portfolio. This executive will guide messaging, media strategy, and change communications while partnering with the CEO and senior leaders.

The ideal candidate brings 20+ years of leadership in corporate communications, exceptional writing, and a proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of communications leadership experience.
• Experience advising senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into enterprise-level messaging.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide communications strategy aligning brands, audiences and channels.
• Lead internal communications to engage a 20,000+ workforce across multiple brands.
• Oversee external messaging, media strategy and thought leadership.
• Serve as senior advisor during crises and reputational risk moments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing communications team.
