Job summary

Universal Orlando seeks a Senior Vice President, Global Project Hub to establish governance frameworks, controls, and enterprise standards that enable consistent, high-quality project delivery across Universal Creative portfolios.

You will lead the multidisciplinary team responsible for estimating, planning, scheduling, and reporting, serving as the executive liaison to portfolio leadership and external partners while driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead enterprise governance and project controls.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills.
• Experience with capital planning, scheduling, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Project Hub to align enterprise standards with business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, stage gates, and procurement oversight across portfolios.
• Provide executive advisory support and drive metrics for performance and delivery.
