PPFA seeks a dynamic Senior Vice President of Federation Fundraising to lead the federation's fundraising engine, unifying national and local efforts and partnering with affiliates to maximize opportunities and revenue through direct response and digital channels at scale. The role requires 20+ years in complex marketing and fundraising systems, with 8+ years in leadership navigating federated models.

Travel up to 50% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in high‑volume marketing technology and fundraising systems with 8+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience in leading or integrating direct response and digital marketing programs to drive mass‑market revenue.
• Expertise in designing collaborative fundraising models balancing national scale with local impact.
• Travel willingness to engage affiliate leadership and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to mass market fundraising at scale across the federation.
• Develop a cohesive strategy for affiliate engagement, fundraising, and service delivery.
• Oversee Direct Response fundraising program and drive revenue growth and donor engagement.
• Partner with data, operations and technology to align data strategy with fundraising goals.
• Lead recruitment, development and retention of a diverse fundraising team.
