Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Senior Vice President / Vice President to join the Enterprise Wealth Client Management team, focusing on existing Wires & Private Banks relationships. The role quarterbacks delivery of iCapital's solutions, deepens partnerships, and drives enterprise adoption of our wealth tech platform.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, uncover expansion opportunities, and maintain high-touch client engagement, serving as the primary touchpoint for strategic clients with 10+

Qualifications

• Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a technical relationship-management capacity.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAAS offerings and wealth tech platforms preferred.
• Demonstrated client service skills with enterprise relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investments is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Quar terback, maintain, and deepen relationships within existing clients in Wires & Private Banks.
• Deliver and execute the full iCapital solutions suite across asset classes.
• Collaborate with Business Development to uncover expansion opportunities within existing clients.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and client service.
• Lead internal projects and develop processes for ongoing team management.
• Develop presentations with data and analysis for internal meetings and projects.
• Drive day-to-day engagement with Enterprise Wealth clients at the highest level.
• Act as primary touchpoint for strategic clients and coordinate fund launches and initiatives.
• Drive enterprise adoption of our technology platform and infrastructure.
