Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Data Transformation & Product Strategy for our Data Solutions and Services Platform, located in Lake Mary, FL.

You will lead the transformation of onboarding workflows into a shared enterprise data platform that provides a connected view of client and related information, enabling consistent data flow across origination, onboarding, account setup, billing, and downstream applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, data product strategy, or related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex data needs into roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Strong command of enterprise data platforms, governance, and reusable data products.
• Ability to lead cross-functional delivery and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritized capabilities, requirements, and outcomes for enterprise data solutions.
• Productize reusable data services, onboarding workflows, governance controls, and AI-ready capabilities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Governance, Risk, and stakeholders.
• Own scope, sequencing, risks, release readiness, adoption, and accountability across strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate duplication, simplify processes, and improve scalability and efficiency.
• Drive adoption by embedding authoritative data into critical applications and workflows.
